GRAPHIC DESIGN I remember those awful years when my parents use to drag me to Kumon classes. To this day my arithmetic skill is still horrible. Anyways, I just wanted to comment on their new look. The somber character in their logo is exactly how I felt while answering pages and pages of math problems. Wonder why they didn’t make the little dude more cheerful.
Hi, the dude is the ‘thinking face’. It is supposed to be the parents thinking about their child, the child thinking about their studies and the instructor thinking about their students. They can’t put a happy face because no one is ever happy to do kumon, not even the ones who completed the programmes, they just resigned themselves to doing it!
