FINDINGS I’ve been a huge fan of Kate Spade’s Things We Love and it seems like they’ve turned it into a book. Unfortunately, it’s only a tease. The book isn’t available for purchase. I do hope they change their minds! I would love a copy of it.

FINDINGS I just about peed in my pants when I found out about this mural by Charley Harper. I’m definitely going to do something like this in my future bathroom.
Giant Wooden Clip
FINDINGS I’m loving this giant wooden clip designed by Mehmet Alu Uysal that’s currently being showcased in Belgium, in the Chaudfontaine park.
For the birds
FINDINGS I love these bird houses by Luke Bartels and Jeff Canham. They’re available for purchase for about $675.

FINDINGS I wish I could make confetti and pinatas all day long. Confetti System is a studio that art directs and creates installations and sets for the fashion and music industry.
La Chaise
FINDINGS Here’s a little friday fun fact. The eames office created this unique version of a lounge chair for entry into a MOMA sponsored contest for affordable furniture. In 1948, the estimated cost of this piece was somewhere between 6-12 dollars but now it costs an insane $9,475.
Kix Redesign
FINDINGS Was at the grocery store buying some cereal the other day and the new Kix Cereal box redesign caught my eye. The reintroduction of the corn was inspired by a 1962 Kix Packaging. What do you guys think about the new look?

FINDINGS When I took a trip to Seattle, I came across a lot of designy places:
1. Peter Miller – Bookstore with ad awesome collection of Architectural & Design books.
2. Paperhaus – A store filled with clean & modern stationery.
3. Read All About It Newsstand – Located in Pike’s Place, this newsstand contains a lot of awesome International magazines you won’t find at Borders.
