MAGAZINE Under the direction of Stefano Tonchi, W magazine has gone through a redesign and introduces some radical changes including a modification of their logo.

MAGAZINE The new April issue of Creative Review will reveal their new look. How do you guys feel about the new masthead?
BRANDING I just recently went to check out ReadyMade Magazine’s website and was surprised to see that they’ve done a redesign. I canceled my ReadyMade subscription a while ago. However, looks like a redesign might also call for some new and refreshing content. What do you guys think of the new look? I kind of miss the quirky type that the old logo had.
MAGAZINE I’m lovin’ the cover of this month’s Varoom magazine illustrated by James Joyce.
MAGAZINE I made a trip to Barnes & Noble this weekend and came across Worth. Seems like they’ve undergone a huge transformation (maybe with some inspiration from Monocle?).
MAGAZINE Just got my Print’s Regional Design Annual 2009 in the mail today. There’s quite a lot of talent in there! Kudos to the magazine’s new look in print and online. My question, however is…Why are the categories split up into Far West, Southwest, Midwest, South, East, New York City? How come New York City has its own category! What happened to San Francisco? SF represent.
MAGAZINE I was looking through the Nation Magazine Cover Archive and came across a collection of Bazaar magazines. I was surprised to see that they changed a few mastheads into a san serif typeface. I’m so glad they went back to their original serif logo.
MAGAZINE Looks like Varoom! magazine has a new masthead. I’m not sure If I like this one better or the old one. I’m leaning towards the old version…but this one is nice, too.
MAGAZINES Wallpaper Magazine has put together a list of some really awesome periodicals coming straight out of China.
