EXHIBITION The San Francisco Asian Art Museum will be featuring art that documents the intriguing history of Asia’s most cosmopolitan city, Shanghai from February 12 through September 5, 2010.

EXHIBITION I had a chance to visit the Warhol exhibit at the De Young Museum, SF this weekend. The weather was great and so was the art. This was my first time seeing Warhol pieces in real life and I must say, they were pretty amazing. The exhibit ends on May 17th so check it out when you get a chance.

EXHIBITIONS Ever wonder what the hell social design actually is? Well, What the *#&! is social design is an exhibition that explores the definition of Social Design and showcases leading creatives that are making a difference in the world. The exhibit runs through March 31st @ Gallery 79, 79 New Montgomery Street, San Francisco. Swing by if you get a chance…it’s definitely worth your time.

EXHIBITION The 1000 Journals Project is an ongoing collaborative experiment attempting to follow 1000 journals throughout their travels. The goal is to provide a method for interaction and shared creativity among friends and strangers. Over 800 pages of journal contributions will be on display at the SFMOMA starting 11/1. There will also be actual journals from the project for you to contribute to.

EXHIBITION I just received some really nicely designed invitations to upcoming exhibitions curated by CCA Wattis Institute for Contemporary Arts. The Wattis was established in 1998 in San Francisco at California College of the Arts and serves as a forum for the presentation and discussion of international contemporary art and curatorial practice.
